A DEA workshop table is made up of some essential elements and other optional ones based on the workshop's needs.

The essential elements are:

• The worktop, meaning the surface that covers the entire composition and represents the direct support surface;

• The actual workbench, that holds tools, consumables or spare parts so that they are always monitored and at your finger tips;

• Drawer units and trolleys, meaning units with different sized drawers; the first are stationary, the second move on wheels, ideal to be moved near the vehicle being serviced.

The workshop table composition can be enriched with on cabinets, ecological bins, fluid and power dispensing modules, panelling and wall furnishings.

Each workshop table can be thoroughly customised

Starting from the basic features of our workshop table - anthracite grey sheet metal frame, ABS surfaces and walls painted with epoxy powder, ergonomic extruded aluminium handles, adjustable feet and castor wheels – your table can be customised selecting special details and finishings.

Customisations apply to various elements:

• The frame colour, which can be switched from grey to white, red, green, blue or any other colour you want;
• The colour finish, meaning either glossy or matt;
• The handle details;
• The type of holes in the panelling, round or keyhole.

You can also request a series of optional accessories: additional shelves, trolley corner guards, mats for drawers to increase grip or dividers to keep the content tidy, stainless steel profiles, LED lighting kits, steel taps and basins for sink modules, etc.

Two custom made workshop table examples

To show you the result of a tailor-made custom project, here are two completed examples: one for Raceline Feustel and one for Mercedes – Benz.

• The workshop table made for Raceline Feustel is a unique example, thanks to the choice of colours: the composition modules, in fact, alternate black and ruby red elements. These are the official Feustel brand colours and are combined with wooden worktops, specifically required by the customer.

• The workshop table made for Mercedes – Benz in Linz, on the other hand, required custom sizes and shapes since required to be installed in a highly limiting pre-existent architecture. The result, thanks to the Mercedes work team and DEA designers, is a composition with stainless steel worktops covering the entire table that perfectly fits between triangular walls.
