We then proceed with the actual design process, and develop a photo-realistic 3D drawing to be submitted to the customer.
Each design is tailor-made based on the customer's actual needs and the objective characteristics of the workspace. Each solution is also modular, meaning that it is made up of the basic modules from our catalogue:
VIEW ALL THE STORAGE SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRY
All the storage solution modules are made from fully welded sheet metal, coated in epoxy powder, resistant to wear, corrosion and impact. The work tops and support surfaces are specifically coated (ABS, DTC) to withstand even the most aggressive agents: acids, oils, concentrated detergents or other mixtures.
The support feet are always adjustable to ensure that the modules are perfectly level. The drawers and doors are equipped with locks (classic, badge or code) to maximise security.
Each unit also comes with special features based on its specific function.
The drawer units have fully extractable drawers, with an anti-tipping system (only one drawer opens at a time); the drawer slides are reinforced and have capacities ranging from 30 kg to 200 kg each.
The workbenches come with ABS or DTC coatings to protect the sheet metal from impacts, scratches and abrasions; they’re even pre-cut to facilitate the passage of electrical cables or compressed air hoses.
The cabinets have recessed doors to prevent obstructions and to avoid interfering with movements.
The wall-mounted cabinets come with perforated walls for hanging tools, and can be equipped with a safe and practical powered shutter closing system.
