The team's passion for speed and adrenaline has led them to specialise in sports cars, but they also carry out all types of repairs on classic cars of any brand. DEA contributed to the **creation of the new workshop** with a custom installation.       ## The request: uniqueness and organisation The starting point was clear: the customer wanted a **unique, very organised and functional installation** that would help all operators to work better and more accurately. Turning to the aesthetic aspect, however, it wanted **customised components with the same colour as its racing car**, as well as what distinguishes the company in the different communication channels: **acid green**. ## The solution After an inspection and an in-depth interview with the customer, DEA professionals designed workstations choosing components that fully meet the needs expressed. ### The choice of workshop furniture The design included a solution made up from standard DEA furnishings, including [**tool trolleys**](https://www.deaworklab.it/en/workshop-furniture/workshop-trolleys)**,** [**drawer units**](https://www.deaworklab.it/en/workshop-furniture/workshop-drawer-units)**,** [**cabinets**](https://www.deaworklab.it/en/workshop-furniture/workshop-cabinets)**, and** [**roll up**](https://www.deaworklab.it/en/workshop-furniture/workshop-wall-cabinets)**s.** More refined details have been added to these classic components. First of all, **110 cm high** [**ecological containers**](https://www.deaworklab.it/en/workshop-furniture/ecological-containers) (20 cm higher than the workbenches). A small detail which, however, makes the difference: by using more capacious containers than the more standard solutions, it was possible to install less of them, and therefore **save space in the workshop**. As further customisation, **stainless steel** [**worktops**](https://www.deaworklab.it/en/workshop-furniture/workshop-worktops) have been chosen for all the benches. In addition to having a great aesthetic impact, they are **resistant to any type of aggressive fluid**.     ### Customisation with liquid paint As expressly requested by the customer during the design phase, the workshop furniture had to include the acid green colour, of which we were given a sample. However, the exact colour **was not among the colours made available by powder coating**; the technique that is generally used for this type of furniture. But that didn't stop the DEA team. With a pinch of creativity, and help from expert car painters, the problem was solved by **painting the panels with liquid paint**. Thanks to this unusual technique, the result obtained was impeccable and faithful to the project shared with the customer.   **Get the efficiency and unique aesthetics of DEA modular furniture in your workshop.** [![CTA CONS DEA-EN](https://hubspot-no-cache-eu1-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/cta/default/5899764/interactive-322524070133.png)](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hs/cta/wi/redirect?encryptedPayload=AVxigLKAyiOm0apuQ4RhxhIHTzNcpZUqZ0g1gEz2f5q%2Fer%2Bs8vSq%2F2jGRrSt0TKC%2FzKSVeAF1hxesbhQZ5U9Q1CZfsAM7e6IVs3hNX7M8zxrMS8T%2BTxoSDtxcYUbzYstZkMCdxkvFgj%2FI%2FYrYepvLpk7IsqCp1G2rIi%2B4BtqyzRgQy9btfVXTcu1oVeyAagUJQglzKC4ch2I%2Fk9PMr0PKY4%2FNO1S81RnsA1EnS0%3D&webInteractiveContentId=322524070133&portalId=5899764&hsLang=en-gb) ##### The DEA Range - [![DEA workshop furniture detail](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/DEA_Italian_Worklab_April_2025/images/sidebar/anta_maniglie-scaled-1.jpg)](https://deaworklab.com/en/products/) - [![DEA workshop furniture detail](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/DEA_Italian_Worklab_April_2025/images/sidebar/anta_rientrante-scaled-1.jpg)](https://deaworklab.com/en/products/) - [![DEA workshop furniture detail](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/DEA_Italian_Worklab_April_2025/images/sidebar/ante_angolo-scaled-1.jpg)](https://deaworklab.com/en/products/) - [![DEA workshop furniture detail](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/DEA_Italian_Worklab_April_2025/images/sidebar/5M5A7605-scaled-1.jpg)](https://deaworklab.com/en/products/) #### Design your workshop with DEA Tell us about your project—our specialists will turn it into a refined, functional space.
