The happy ending to a customer journey: there is nothing better than being thanked by a happy customer.
The DEA team just finished an important installation that was important for two reasons: first, the furnishings were produced for a prestigious motorcycle brand; secondly, the high-quality results surprised and delighted the customer who wanted to tell us:

The installation stands out for its overall beauty but also for the high level of customisation: the modules, in fact, alternate the classic DEA furniture colour – anthracite grey – with ruby red, evoking the style of the other equipment in the service centre, for example, the lifting platforms.
This is the DEA customer journey, a story with a happy ending: it's meeting the customer's basic needs, making purchasing and, above all, product use easy and, lastly, providing the public with a pleasant and satisfying experience.
