Discover all the advantages offered by DEA Italian Worklab drawer units. Furnishing solutions that increase your workshop's ROI.** **DEA Italian Worklab** is a company that has succeeded in making **100%** **Made in Italy design and quality** its primary strengths. Its [**furnishing solutions for workshops**](https://blog.deaworklab.com/en/configurations?hsLang=en-gb) – including drawer units, cabinets, workbenches, worktops, wall furnishings, special lockers, and fluid and power distribution units – are made using the best available materials, with unparalleled experience in the design of workplace furnishings, and a dedicated design process that allows for exceptional aesthetic results. All this without ever compromising on functionality. This is precisely the case with our DEAmotion drawer units. ![](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/missing-image-Dec-13-2025-12-04-40-7155-PM.png) **There are at least 8 reasons to choose a DEAmotion drawer unit.** DEAmotion drawer units are the perfect solution for every auto, motorcycle, and industrial workshop that's looking for sturdy and practical furnishing accessories of unparalleled design. Let's find out why. 1. DEAmotion drawer units are **versatile and robust**. The drawers' **load bearing capacities** can reach up to 30 kg, and their **heights** range from 9 cm to 69 cm. 2. They have **adjustable feet** with a maximum height of 4 cm, thus allowing the operator to work in complete comfort. 3. They're extremely **functional**. For example, they have a lateral structure with a **greater thickness**, which, in addition to rendering the drawer unit even more robust, also allows for **electrical cables** to be fed through for powering the work tools (thus allowing them to remain constantly connected to the electrical outlets), and for **air lines** to be fed through for connecting to the local systems. 4. DEAmotion drawer units are **secure**, as they're equipped with a **key-operated drawer locking system** that offers the possibility of using just one key to open and close all the drawers. 5. This security is also reflected in the manufacturer's decision to position the handles internally. In fact, the ergonomic and easy-to-grip **handles** on each drawer are designed **to never protrude** from the drawer unit's structure. In addition to providing for a more **aesthetically pleasing result** and rendering the DEAmotion drawer units more **compact**, this feature also prevents the obstructions and inconveniences typically associated with protruding handles. ![](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/missing-image-Dec-13-2025-12-04-40-7155-PM.png) So we're talking about aesthetics, security, and robustness. Finally, there's the extremely important aspect of speed. 1. DEAmotion drawer units are equipped with **soft-close drawer mechanisms**, which allow the operator to work more quickly without having to worry about accompanying the drawer while closing it, or damaging it due to heavy duty and prolonged use. 2. This increased work speed is also guaranteed by **the full extension of the drawers themselves**, which allows the operator to immediately view all of their contents. 3. Made from **smudge-proof** chrome-plated and polished aluminium, these drawer units never get dirty and only require minimal cleaning. ##### The DEA Range - [![DEA workshop furniture detail](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/DEA_Italian_Worklab_April_2025/images/sidebar/anta_maniglie-scaled-1.jpg)](https://deaworklab.com/en/products/) - [![DEA workshop furniture detail](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/DEA_Italian_Worklab_April_2025/images/sidebar/anta_rientrante-scaled-1.jpg)](https://deaworklab.com/en/products/) - [![DEA workshop furniture detail](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/DEA_Italian_Worklab_April_2025/images/sidebar/ante_angolo-scaled-1.jpg)](https://deaworklab.com/en/products/) - [![DEA workshop furniture detail](https://blog.deaworklab.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/DEA_Italian_Worklab_April_2025/images/sidebar/5M5A7605-scaled-1.jpg)](https://deaworklab.com/en/products/) #### Design your workshop with DEA Tell us about your project—our specialists will turn it into a refined, functional space.
