Five years after the installation, the project developed by DEA for BMW Garage Burkhardt now finds its most concrete interpretation in the point of view of those who continue to use these spaces every day.

The project involved the workshop equipment, the spare parts warehouse and the vehicle preparation area. At the heart of the story is the customer’s perspective, revisiting this journey through the experience built up in daily use. From this testimonial emerge the reasons behind the initial choice, the development process and an assessment shaped over time.

WHY THE CHOICE FELL ON DEA

Before the final decision was made, different manufacturers and products were evaluated. What guided the choice towards DEA was above all the high level of customisation and the ability to respond to specific requirements, in a context where the team needed to organise the workshop exactly as they wanted.

As stated during the interview:

This is one of the most interesting points of the entire story, as it clearly shows why the choice did not stop at the product itself, but involved the ability to build a solution aligned with specific needs and consistent with daily operations.

FROM DESIGN TO INSTALLATION

The project is remembered as a process carefully managed at every stage, starting from the planning phase. After an initial proposal from DEA, the work continued by integrating the customer’s requests, until a configuration fully aligned with the workshop's needs was defined.

The following stages also confirmed DEA’s reliability as a partner.

“Delivery took place smoothly and on schedule.”

The installation was then completed by the team from Italy in around ten days, while the construction site was still in progress.

The value recognised in DEA does not concern only what was defined on paper, but the ability to accompany it through to its concrete realisation.

QUALITY CONFIRMED ALSO IN LATER DEVELOPMENTS

In the following years, the customer introduced further elements, including additional modules and roller shutters for the PC workstations. In this phase too, DEA remained a reference point in defining the most suitable solutions for the evolution of the workshop.

This passage further reinforces the picture outlined by the customer, as it shows how the positive assessment did not stop at the first installation, but was confirmed over time.

A CHOICE THAT IS STILL CONFIRMED TODAY

Five years after the installation, it is the customer himself who confirms the value of a project carefully managed at every stage:
